Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Key responsibilities include

• assessing patient needs,
• developing personalized recovery plans,
• delivering occupational therapy,
  
  

and

• educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
  
  

Ideal candidates are compassionate, adaptable, collaborative team players who see patients as individuals and aim to restore their physical abilities and independence.

Qualifications include

• a Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program,
• initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy,

• a valid, unencumbered state license.
