Provide quality patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation in a long-term acute care setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans that ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
Key Duties Include
- Administer medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient status
- Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
- Current RN license and relevant healthcare experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
