Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Qualifications & Skills: Active Nebraska or compact LPN license, at least 2 years of LTC or skilled nursing experience, current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross, strong medication administration, resident assessment, documentation, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Additional Requirements: Availability to work every other weekend, participate in a clinical interview, and complete Nebraska DHHS screening within 48 hours of placement.
