LPN Charge Nurse - Full-Time Day Shift

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include

• administering medications and treatments according to care plans
• monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes
• delivering direct nursing care
• supervising and supporting CNAs
• maintaining accurate documentation
• ensuring compliance with clinical policies and standards
• communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications include an active LPN license (Georgia or eligible), strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality care. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
