- Administer medications, monitor medication records, and oversee staff medication administration.

- Train staff on medication, infection control, and safety protocols; educate clients on self-care, sex education, and smoking cessation.
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and participate in emergency care when needed.
- Assist with household activities and transportation as required.
- Associates degree in nursing or related field; valid LPN/LVN license.
- At least one year of nursing experience with the target population.
- Certifications such as CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, and ACT as required.
