- Delivering direct nursing care such as treatments, wound care, and medication administration in line with physician orders and scope of practice
- Supervising and supporting CNAs/CMAs, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring care completion
- Monitoring resident conditions, conducting assessments, and reporting significant changes
- Participating in care planning, documentation, and resident/family education
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Fostering a positive, team-focused environment centered on resident satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Leadership ability to mentor team members in a fast-paced setting
