- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and document patient vitals and health status
- Support therapy goals through collaboration with RNs and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote patient safety, education, and independence
- Assist in care planning and communicate effectively with patients' families
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and respect
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure
- Compassionate bedside care skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
