- Deliver bedside nursing to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, manage wounds and pain, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support rehabilitation goals and ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and progress.
- Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
