Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring optimal performance of diagnostic equipment through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and repair. Works independently to provide excellent service, technical training, and maintain accurate service records using systems like Salesforce and SharePoint. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs and supports the development of new Field Service Engineers.

Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's degree, military experience, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electronic, electromechanical, or robotic equipment
- Ability to travel and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Preferred: 2 years' advanced troubleshooting and service experience; technical college background in biomed or engineering
- Perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of diagnostic systems
- Provide customer service and technical training
- Maintain service logs, order parts, and adhere to cycle times
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and support team goals
