Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and valid licensure with DEA and DOT certification within specified timeframes.
- 1-2 years of relevant provider experience preferred, with experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice.
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Providing patient care, including diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up in clinic and telehealth.
- Leading and guiding clinic staff to deliver excellent patient service.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Participating in training, meetings, and community outreach activities.
- On-call responsibilities and ongoing professional development.
