- Provide care during scheduled office hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Operate within a practice setting focused on outpatient primary care.
- Maintain an active Ohio State License and DEA registration.
- Coordinate with no responsibility for advanced practitioners.
- Credentialing typically completed within 1-2 weeks.
