- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or caregivers.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, spiritual, cultural, and demographic factors.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: No experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
