- Managing a wide case mix such as urology, general surgery, ENT, OBGYN, interventional radiology, podiatry, ophthalmology, and orthopedics.
- Operating independently, running their own rooms, with a 1:9 call ratio.
- Providing anesthesia services in 6 operating rooms alongside an anesthesia MD and additional recruitment.
- Handling cases without pediatric responsibilities.
- Ensuring paid malpractice and tail coverage.
- Certification as a CRNA.
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse case types.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Base salary of $280k plus $40k annual bonus.
- Sign-on bonus and $75k NHSC loan repayment available.
