What This Role Looks Like

This is a leadership role.

As a Lawn Mowing Lead Technician, you will lead a crew on job sites while making real-time decisions to keep routes moving. You will be responsible for using your team, equipment, and time the right way so properties are completed efficiently and on schedule.

A strong Lead Technician does not stop when problems come up — they solve them and keep the route moving.

Team Leads must:

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (insurance eligibility required)
• Be able to legally drive company vehicles, including truck and trailer
• Be able to be added to our insurance policy
• Show leadership skills to guide and direct crew members
• Make good decisions in the field without constant direction

We service residential and commercial properties. Crews also assist with seasonal services like leaf cleanups and other landscaping work when needed.

Starting Pay: $20/hour with weekly pay every Friday

Your Responsibilities

• Lead 1–3 crew members on mowing routes
• Operate stand-on zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Complete residential and commercial mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Keep routes moving and make adjustments when problems come up
• Maintain clean, organized trucks and trailers
• Deliver quality work that meets company standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for insurance)
• Must be able to legally drive company vehicles (truck and trailer)
• Must be able to be added to our insurance policy
• Age 21 if driving company vehicles (insurance requirement)
• Prior lawn mowing experience preferred (residential or commercial)
• Leadership ability and strong decision-making skills
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work outdoors in all seasons
• Physical ability to lift/move equipment and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Must follow all non-smoking rules (no smoking in vehicles, job sites, or client properties)
