Lawn Doctor offers a variety of treatments to help lawns look their best, from power seeding to pH balance to a variety of additional services designed to keep lawns green, healthy, and beautiful. We also offer tick and mosquito control services that protect our clients' entire yards, allowing them to safely enjoy time outside with friends, family, and pets.
Compensation: $28.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Apply lawn treatments (fertilizer, weed & insect control)
- Manage your daily route and production goals
- Communicate with customers and recommend solutions
- Track materials and job completion in our mobile system
- Perform seasonal services and maintenance throughout the year
- Year-round, full-time employement
- $25–$28/hour overtime bonuses commissions

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- A VDACS Registered Technician Certificate is required
- High school diploma required, Secondary education, at least Associates, in turf grass, agronomy, or horticulture related fields preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of prior lawn care or landscape experience is required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Requires frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and physical activity outdoors
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and on your feet for extended periods
