Family Assessment Worker Healthy Families
Salary: $36,000 - $40,500
The Villages is seeking dedicated individuals to provide client-centered and culturally competent family support services to children and their families through the Healthy Families program.
The Family Assessment Worker (FAW) will:
Conduct in-home parent assessment/interviews, collect data, and assess client needs
Provide child development, family safety, and community resources to families
Act as a liaison between Healthy Families and resource and referral agencies
Demonstrate self-motivation to assure contact expectations for each family are met.
Advocate for parents and children in the community and participate in community special events.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in working with and /or providing services to children and families and community agencies
