Clinical Supervisor - FPS
Salary: $71,000 - $78,500

As our Clinical Supervisor FPS you will:
- Monitor clients therapeutic progress and ensure the development and implementation of clients clinical treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Understand HIPAA policies and know how to implement security practices to stay compliant
- Onboards and trains new staff.
- On-call duties required.
Position Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Masters in clinical or counseling psychology or Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
- Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
- Two years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Trauma informed care training
