As Our Clinical Supervisor – FPS You Will
- Monitor clients’ therapeutic progress and ensure the development and implementation of clients’ clinical treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Understand HIPAA policies and know how to implement security practices to stay compliant.
- Onboards and trains new staff.
- On-call duties required.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
- Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Trauma informed care training
