Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while demonstrating excellent time management skills

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cashiering experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or restaurants
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill calculations
• Experience working with brewing or catering services is advantageous but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
