Seeking Lead Line Cook (Downtown Chester, CT)

Position is full time or part time with 3-5 shifts available weekly based on candidates desired amount of shifts and restaurant needs. At least one weekend shift will be required. Considered candidates need at least one year experience. Pay based on candidates experience.

We are seeking a qualified line cook to come join our team. We are looking for someone to share their talents and passion for food with our guests by helping our kitchen team to execute weekly specials and ensuring that the back of house targets are consistently met. We are open for dinner six evenings a week (shifting to seven nights soon) and are serving lunch on Fridays as well as brunch on Saturdays & Sundays. We have an excellent reputation with an established clientele in the heart of downtown Chester.

Here at our restaurant, we serve a new American cuisine with a European flair to it with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients. We are an upscale/ casual restaurant that prides itself on providing great food, service and value. Our restaurant is located in a 200 year old building in the charming town of Chester.

Salary : $18 - $23
