Village-In-Place Home Health/Hospice Agency is currently seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to fulfill our PRN on-call position for some evenings and weekends. This position will require evening and weekend availability.
The RN on-call is responsible for answer patient/family/physician calls, triaging the nature of each call and responding to the call appropriately. Other duties include visiting scheduled home health/ hospice visits, conducting start of cares, discharges and deaths.
This position is paid an hourly rate to be on-call and will be paid a set rate based on the type of visit and mileage is reimbursed.
The successful candidate will possess a current PA Registered Nurse license in good standing and a valid PA Driver's license. The ideal applicant will have at least one year of previous nursing experience.
