The PRN RN position responsibilities include:

• Perform client care services including, but not limited to, client assessments, care plan development, and supervisory visits
• Help ensure adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards in operational practices and procedures
• Introduce, Instruct and Coach caregivers
• Instruct and assess Caregiver's skillset during Orientation.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of acute/ skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience
• Flexible, positive working attitude
• Detailed oriented with strong commitment to client service excellence
• Current Virginia RN licensure
• Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and ability to learn staff scheduling software
• Flexible, part-time position
