What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - Residential Construction position at The Victory Companies, Inc?
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated construction projects in accordance with contractual terms & conditions and approved engineering plans to ensure that objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame, cost parameters, and client’s expectations.
Major Duties
1. Daily/Weekly review of jobsite progress
2. Quality Control – Ensure that construction is in conformance to engineered drawings, customer selections / changes, and Victory Companies standards.
3. Monitor Subcontractor staffing levels. Make sure adjustments are made where/when needed.
4. Manage construction scheduling, long lead items, and critical paths
5. Confer with subcontractors to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
6. Communicate & process field change orders with customers, subcontractors, and office staff.
Minor Duties
1. Identify, manage, and use wherever possible, surplus inventory items.
2. Company owned vehicle maintenance
3. Warranty repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
