Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction | Lake Country Wisconsin

Are you a construction leader with deep experience in self-perform work and a proven track record managing complex, high-value builds? Midwest-based General Contractor seeks a Project Manager to lead multifamily highrise condo, senior living, and K–12 projects valued at $35M .

• Competitive base salary of $105K–$135K with 10–20% bonus potential

Construction Project Manager (PM)/High Rise Residential Requirements

• 5–10 years of ground-up project management experience in multifamily, senior living, or K–12 sectors
• Demonstrated success managing $35M projects with self-perform expertise (concrete, carpentry, etc.)
• Lead all phases of construction—from pre-con to close out—on-site, full-time, with strong communication and ownership mentality
