- Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems.
