Job Description
The Co-Op-Intern will work on multiple fast-paced projects, working with and supporting senior staff, and providing field oversight on a variety of projects as needed. This opportunity will provide a well-rounded view of the construction industry from the Owner’s perspective, while also working hand in hand with the Architect and Construction Manager to deliver the Owner’s vision.
Qualifications & Competencies
The pay rate for this role will be $22- $26 per hour.

Job Description

- Working closely with the Senior Project Manager
- Working closely with the onsite field Construction Site Manager
- Assist in managing the procurement of owners Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE)
- Attend and take notes of selected meetings as directed by the Senior Project Manager
- Track Time and Material slips
- Review change orders
- Monitor and update spreadsheets for project progress tracking
- Assist with Daily reports through Raken (app)
- Track progress on schedule from the baseline
- QA/QC: Monitor construction progress and report back anomalies
- Daily site walks
Qualifications & Competencies
- Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
- Any Related Certification and Licensees, Knowledge of Bluebeam Software, Microsoft Office 365 is Helpful
- OSHA-10
- Walk job sites during inspections, sometimes on uneven terrainCarry laptop and work bag (limited to up to 25lbs)
- Position may require travel
