Overview
The Venue at Mudge Ranch is looking for dependable, hardworking Event Staff to join our team for weddings, concerts, and special events. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in making sure each event runs smoothly from setup through the end of the night.
Our Event Staff assists with venue setup, guest needs, maintaining event spaces, and end-of-night cleanup and breakdown. We are looking for team members who are friendly, professional, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a team, and creating a great experience for guests.
Duties
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, décor, ceremony spaces, and other event areas
- Help prepare the venue before weddings, concerts, and special events
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist the Event Manager, Coordinator, and other team members throughout events
- Help keep the venue and guest areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor event spaces and address guest needs as they arise
- Assist with transitioning spaces throughout an event when needed
- Help with basic venue operations during weddings and public events
- Assist with end-of-night cleanup, breakdown, and resetting the venue
- Move tables, chairs, décor, and other event equipment as needed
- Follow venue policies, safety procedures, and instructions from management
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to keep events running smoothly
- Be willing to assist in different areas of the venue based on the needs of each event

- Previous hospitality, wedding, restaurant, or event experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
