Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to develop and communicate key insights on operational performance, guest experience, and financial results.
- Prepare, analyze, and present labor and productivity performance across all gaming and non-gaming areas for management, senior leadership, and executive teams.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
- Support and conduct time and motion studies; analyze findings to identify opportunities for process improvement and labor optimization.
- Lead labor analytics initiatives impacting approximately 8,800 Team Members across 100 departments, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Challenge existing operational processes, staffing models, and organizational structures to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform independent and ad hoc analyses, including staffing productivity reviews, operational performance evaluations, and guest satisfaction assessments.
- Serve as a key business partner during annual labor budgeting and forecasting processes; develop and establish FTE budgets based on productivity targets, historical trends, and operational changes.
- Ensure all analyses and recommendations align with safety standards, as safety is an essential function of this role.
- Present complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to operational leaders and stakeholders.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, as it is an essential function of this role.

Minimum Qualifications
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or equivalent Casino/Hospitality analysis experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 2 years of analysis experience preferably in Casino/Hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel; Basic understanding of Tableau, SQL, and other business systems preferred
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Critical thinking skills with a curiosity for improving current processes.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
