Prep Cook – Vault
Vault is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented prep cook to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment with a focus on quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily prep lists efficiently and accurately
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas
- Follow recipes and portioning standards
- Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries
- Support line cooks during service when needed
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work mornings and weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
