Qualifications and Education

• Must be 21 years old.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of high-volume supervisory retail experience;
• Proficient in Google Docs, POS and inventory management.
• Proficient in cash handling, reconciling cash discrepancies, and balancing cash drawers.
• Knowledge in METRC, Dutchie, other cannabis systems required.
• Proficiency in receiving cannabis deliveries.
• A proven ability to fairly and consistently provide leadership to a varied team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to go above and beyond and consistently provide quality, valued customer service to a varied population.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment;
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or consumer services, preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts;
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
• Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
• General office environment;
• Extended computer usage;
• Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and
• Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team and help lead our projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background cannabis sales, experience in a fast-paced retail setting, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Team Leader will be responsible for setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met. The Team Lead will be expected to work closely with both the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant Manager and they will also be expected to provide feedback and guidance to their team members to ensure that the highest quality of work is produced.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees to ensure that goals are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage team members.
• Manage performance of team members and provide feedback.
• Ensure that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members.
• Monitor progress of team members and take corrective action when needed.
• Policy and Procedure implementation, including adherence to CCC regulations
• Daily cash and product reconciliation
• Product information updates and education
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Work closely with DM/AM/Leads on all dispensary operations
• Ensure the best possible consumer service is provided
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow Responsible Vendor Program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
