Sr. Developer (Dynamics 365)

Core Responsibilities: This position is for a senior developer to advanced level technical support for a large complex Dynamics 365 implementation that works across business groups. This will not only be for handling Dynamics 365 and Power platform design and development, but it will also help lead Vanguard into building agentic experiences to better serve our clients. This will involve developing with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform. This position requires strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and foster a Secure DevOps culture across teams. This technology stack is emerging, and we are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and make decisions when necessary/as applicable and someone who will maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the solutions in this space. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform. Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines, ALM processes, and CI/CD. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven app development. Experience designing and configuring security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365. Proven ability to architect, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Strong documentation and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile or product-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related areas (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, MB-210). Experience with Azure DevOps for pipeline management and source control. Exposure to integration with external systems using APIs and custom connectors. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service is a plus. Special Factors Sponsorship Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
