Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative for our 87th location . To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients . Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointments . Location : 87 th (700 NE 87 th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98664)
Schedule : Monday through Friday 4 : 0 0p m to 8 : 0 0 pm
Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .
Minimum of 1 year of medi c al f ront office experience preferred.
Experience with Epic preferred.
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
Strong computer keyboarding skills required .

Pay Range:
