We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our UPS Store. Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions, and shift management.
- Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage and maximize sales.
- Implement merchandising plans to enhance product presentation and optimize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, and training & development programs to foster a motivated team environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Utilize strong communication skills for effective team management and customer engagement.
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.
- Use management tools such as inventory management systems, wireless sales platforms, and POS systems to streamline operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail, shipping and packaging environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
- Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, inventory management, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with retail math—including pricing strategies—and retail sales techniques is essential.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
