Overview

- Pack items securely using appropriate materials
- Determine best shipping options for customers
- Label and prepare outgoing shipments
- Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, computers)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
