Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services that meet customer needs.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong office skills including proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our capacity to serve a diverse clientele.
