Full-Time UPS Retail Sales Associate
Location: Tampa, FL (Near Raymond James Stadium)
$15–$17/hr | Full-Time | Weekends required
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. This is a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment where teamwork, sales skills, and a strong work ethic are key to success.
The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, and driven to deliver outstanding service. You should enjoy working with people, be confident in recommending solutions, and have the ability to work independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide information on products, services, pricing, and packing/shipping solutions
- Process Amazon returns, shipping, and packaging needs efficiently
- Cross-sell and upsell products and services based on customer needs
- Stay informed on promotions and explain special offers to customers
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Handle returns and resolve customer issues courteously
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve service and operations
- Remain current on new products, services, and procedures
- Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; AA degree preferred
- Flexible schedule availability
- Bi-Lingual Preferred
