Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations and lead the team by example
- Set goals and motivate associates to meet performance and customer service standards
- Drive store profitability through strategic planning, merchandising, and expense management
- Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve their full potential
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory, cash handling, payroll, scheduling, and HR matters for your store
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s in Business or related field is a plus
- 2–5 years of management experience in a retail or service-based environment
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance goals
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Frequent walking, bending, twisting, and stair use required
