Status: Full Time; Exempt
We are looking for a motivated, experienced leader ready to drive store success and build a high performing team. As Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, coach your team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced, locally owned UPS Store. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to lead people and grow the business go hand in hand.

Total Compensation
- Pay: Up to $52,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
- Bonus Potential:
- $500 monthly bonus for meeting store sales goals
- 10 percent of quarterly net income growth

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the store
- Set performance goals and motivate team members
- Train and develop staff to meet customer service and operational standards
- Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and related store functions
- Drive profitability through smart planning, merchandising, and cost control
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and support business growth
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Two to five years of management experience in retail or a service-based environment
Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Reliable, professional, and goal oriented
- Detail focused with strong problem solving skills
- Able to interpret financial reports and drive store performance
- Comfortable working toward sales and growth targets
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be eligible to obtain a Notary Public commission
