Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Pack & Ship expert for our customers by offering custom solutions through cross-selling & up-selling
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Become a Print Solutions Advisor fulfilling customer requests and incoming work orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
- Ability to pass a background check to become a Notary Public
