Qualifications
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for customers.

- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to assess and resolve customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes and weights.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with shipping software and procedures as well as prior retail experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
