Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
We are hiring retail associates to work with our awesome customers shipping, packing, printing, faxing, shredding and doing all the other things we do at The UPS Store!
Retail experience is a bonus, but not required. Applicants must be successful in fast past environments, able to lift up to 50 pounds and should look forward to working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, including POS technology.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success through collaboration and support of fellow associates.
- Employee must able to become a notary and live scan operator.
