Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and retail lending options to support their purchase decisions
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems, including handling cash drawers and performing 10 key typing tasks
• Manage retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, returns, and financial transactions with precision
• Support loan processing and collections by explaining financial products, collecting payments, and following up on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate data entry records for sales, customer interactions, and loan activities using financial software
• Handle retail store operations such as cash handling, cashiering duties, and ensuring the store’s visual presentation remains appealing

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
• Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail store operations including cash drawer handling, cash management, and cashiering processes
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for processing transactions and maintaining records
• Excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service and explain financial products clearly
• Ability to handle loan collections, loan processing tasks, and retail lending procedures confidently

Pay: $16.79 - $28.19 per hour
