Warehouse Associate - Day Shift - Monday to Friday

Pay: $17.75/hour overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, No Weekends
Arett Sales, a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale distributor of lawn, garden, home, and outdoor living products, is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Bristol, CT distribution center. Get steady full-time hours, weekends off, paid training, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Receive, check in, and put away inventory
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
- Load and unload trucks and stage pallets for shipping
- Keep a clean, safe, organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for a full shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Warehouse, distribution center, shipping/receiving, or material handler experience preferred
- Forklift or reach truck experience a plus (we’ll train you)
