Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to better assist customers.
- Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Skills
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
