- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed diligently.

Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development.
- Proficiency in inventory control, retail math, merchandising, purchasing, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions and team communication.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and customer service excellence is essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and customers alike.
