Position Summary
As a Print and Sales Specialist with an outside sales focus, you will be responsible for providing expert-level print services, outstanding customer care, and proactively reaching out to local businesses to promote our print and business services. You’ll help customers with in-store orders and build long-term relationships by identifying needs, offering solutions, and growing our client base through outside sales calls and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Print Services:
- Assist customers with print projects including business cards, marketing materials, banners, signs, and document finishing
- Prepare and process digital files for print production using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other design tools
- Operate and maintain printing and finishing equipment (copiers, laminators, cutters, etc.)
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure top-tier production
- Recommend appropriate print products and materials based on customer needs
Outside Sales Calling:
- Identify and target local businesses and organizations that could benefit from our print and business services
- Schedule and conduct outbound sales calls, in-person visits, and follow-up contacts
- Build relationships with potential and existing clients through proactive outreach and communication
- Distribute promotional materials and product samples to prospective customers
- Track leads, sales activity, and client feedback for regular reporting to the franchise owner
- Collaborate with the in-store team to ensure seamless execution of client orders
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
