Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible and Assisting customers with shipping, mailing and packaging, faxing and handling general clerical and administrative task ensuring excellent customer service at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in keyboard, basic computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Providing Notary public services in accordance with state Laws.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting customers and answering inquiries.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assisting customers with shipping, mailing and packaging, faxing, making copies, passport size photos.
- Maintain organization of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support administrative functions including correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in customer service roles that demonstrate strong interpersonal communication abilities.

Base Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
