Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Handle package shipping, receiving, and tracking inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about The UPS Store’s products, services, and pricing.
- Process shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely, courteous way.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management of shipping and office supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Notary Public certification preferred but not required.

This position is with an independently owned and operated UPS Store franchise location in Faribault. It is not a corporate UPS position.
