Job Summary
The UPS Store is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, be able to provide world-class customer service and assist customers with all their needs. A fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest time possible. Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.
Store Associate Duties:
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires
- Processing packages and shipment
- Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders
- Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, paper cutter, laminating machine and point- of-sale
- Operates all equipment, software and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Store Associate Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Strong typing, computer and internet skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Fun and friendly personality
- A genuinely helpful demeanor
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Prompt, reliable and responsible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
