Customer Service Associate UPS Store

Job Overview
We are seeking a personable and motivated individual with a flair for retail sales to join our team. You will work in a new, clean, and pleasant office environment with flexible day shift hours. As a valued team member, you wil provide outstanding customer service, learn and offer our products and services, and maintain a safe and welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent customer service to all store visitors
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively Operate POS and CMS systems and other store equipment with proficiency
• Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
• Will be able to obtain Notary License (background check is required)
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
• Deliver excellent customer service to walk-in customers and handle telephone inquiries
• Gain proficiency ni all product and service offerings, staying informed about industry trends Skillfully operate al store equipment and software, and assist in training others
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills

• Previous Retail Sales Experience Required
• Notary Public License Preferred or will need to obtain one within 3 month of hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with a passion for gadgets and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Fast learner with a commitment to understanding all aspects of the business quickly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
